Brands piggyback on Euro’s win - our top picks.

After endless doom and gloom on English soil, Brexit, rail strikes, the cost of living crisis, 20-hour tailbacks at Dover - Finally we have something to celebrate. Against all odds, The Lionesses brought home the European cup and brands have had a feeding frenzy, riding on the jubilant emotions of the nation. Here’s our pick of the best brand responses.

Weetabix

Pure genuis. No need to reinvent the wheel. Perfect placement, simple, effective and on the money. Bravo Weetabix

Sainsbury’s

Sing what you see. Yes…took us a while too. Clever but probably lost on out of home. It certainly took us more than 3 seconds to get this.

Nike

If there was ever an occasion to change your logo this is it. The global behemoth, gets the local sentiment spot on. And the placement pure joy! Who can resist a smile when picking this up on you commute home.

Domino’s

Domino's in Headingley temporarily changed its name to Lucy's in homage to Lucy Bronze.

Lucy worked in this branch of the pizza franchise whilst studying at Leeds Beckett University. Amazing!

Specsavers

An oldie…but a goodie. This deserves a mention.
